1. Sponsor: The giveaway is sponsored by PAT Technology.

2. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to participants worldwide. Limit one entry per business or household. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of their date of entry in this promotion in order to qualify.

3. Entry Period: The entry period for the giveaway begins at July 24th and ends on July 28th at 8 PM Eastern.

4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the registration process as specified on the PAT Technology website or affiliated platforms.

5. Drawing and Notification: The winner will be selected by a random drawing, which will be live streamed on Monday, July 29th at 7 PM Eastern. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during entry within five business days following the drawing.

6. Prize: One (1) Filtrabox Micro valued at approximately $1997 USD plus the value of shipping. Shipping is free if the prize is being shipped within the lower 48 states of the United States or Canada. For shipping outside these areas, the winner will be responsible for any additional shipping costs and potential import duties or taxes.

7. General Conditions: PAT Technology reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond PAT Technology’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by PAT Technology in its sole discretion. PAT Technology reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

8. Limitations of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless PAT Technology, and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the giveaway, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors that may prevent an entrant from submitting an entry; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the giveaway or receipt of any prize.

9. Disputes: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Quebec, Canada. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Quebec, Canada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Quebec, Canada.

10. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the sponsor’s privacy policy.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of PAT Technology, which are final and binding.
